Doug said Erika refused to take any photos of his battle scars, so Adam and I happily volunteered when we visited yesterday.
Doug sure did seem cheerful for all the pain he was in! He held Jane and talked to her and she smiled at him and they had a great time. But I did notice when I picked her up to take her back, his next thought was, "Where's that morphine button!?"
