Addictions

I hate to admit it but I've found a new addiction in my life.... peaches. Our peach tree produced the most delicious peaches for over a week and I think I made 14 cobblers in a 3 week time period. Thats not a joke! Now my neighbors (and mother) are trying to coerce me to preserve them. So I bought a bushel this week and it sat in the warm weather for so long, they were too ripe to preserve. I even lost a quarter of them to molding. So they are frozen instead, and being eaten slowly every day. Oh the simple joys! Sooooo delicious!
