This is a cinnamon pull apart bread we made for Conference Weekend. Oh my goodness it was yummy! Cinnamon goo with chopped pecans and raisins inside. And I still got a loaf of bread out of the dough, too!
Well it looks GREAT! Only one problem as I see it - you've overcome intolerance to gluten - and you've got yummy bread - now watch out you don't eat too much (as in, "Too Much of a Good Thing")
