The water main in the front yard burst. So we didn't have any flooding in the house, just in the front yard. But they had to replace the entire pipe that brings water into the house. They dug a big hole out by the street and a huge hole where the line goes into the house, and ran a line between the two, and then connected the new pipe in the basement where the water comes into the house. That's my basic, barely-understood concept of what happened.

So, what's the story. You said, 'your water broke'. I see street repairs, and some yard stuff. So, where did the water break? Give me the lowdown.
